sE-1 ovER THE COLORADO NATIONAL MONUMENT

Colorado Backcountry Flying has always been a side project for me and my main job has been held secret for many years. Finally it has come to fruition and I can speak on it. It’s been an amazing project to be a part of and a great experience. It is the SE-1. My hope is that it creates a new culture of flying similar to what backcountry flying has blossomed into in the last 10 years. It’s an affordable way to get into the air with friends. My hope is that the SE-1 makes people want to learn to fly just like backcountry flying did for me 20 years ago. I just want to share the experience. Whether its landing on a gravel bar or flying in formation with your friends in a beautiful vintage looking single seat airplane. It’s the experience.
